Every role here is a professional wellness role: therapeutic massage and spa treatments, and nothing else.
Most of our work is in our private treatment rooms at the Aerocity sanctuary. Some appointments are hotel visits, where a therapist treats a guest in their hotel suite. We explain exactly how these work, and how we keep you safe, in the Safety section below, before you decide anything.

Who Can Apply
We hire women aged 18 and over, for professional spa work only.
Must Have
The Essentials
- Female, aged 18 years or over (your age is checked against your ID).
- A valid government photo ID: Aadhaar or passport. Foreign nationals also need a valid Indian visa that allows you to work.
- Basic communication skills and polite, professional manners.
- A genuine interest in wellness, hospitality and guest care.
- Understanding that the role is professional massage and spa therapy only.
Preferred, Not Required
A Welcome Head Start
- Experience in spa therapy, hotel housekeeping or a salon. Freshers who want to learn are fully welcome.
- A certificate in massage therapy or bodywork.
- Comfort working with guests from different countries and cultures.
Your documents stay with you
At onboarding we check your original ID and hand it back the same day. We never keep your original documents or passport. Foreign nationals: we can only hire you if you already hold a valid Indian visa that permits employment, such as an employment visa. We cannot employ anyone on a tourist or e-tourist visa, and we do not arrange, sell or hold visas.

Professional work only
Every role is therapeutic massage and spa treatment. You are never asked, expected or pressured to do anything else. If a guest asks, the session ends at once, with our full support.
Screened bookings
Every booking goes through our concierge, who confirms the guest’s details first. You never handle private requests yourself, and you can decline any booking without penalty.
Safe hotel visits
Hotel visits are booked only through the concierge, with company-arranged transport, and you check in and out with us for every visit. Visits to private homes are not part of the role.
Private rooms, watched entrances
CCTV covers reception and common areas only, never the treatment rooms. Each treatment room has a call button for immediate help.
Zero tolerance, in confidence
Harassment, pressure or disrespect from a guest or a colleague is not tolerated. Report it to HR in confidence on +91 83770 94710. Nobody loses shifts or pay for speaking up.
Your documents stay yours
We check your original ID and return it the same day. We never keep passports or Aadhaar cards, never take deposits, and never charge to hire or train you.

When and how is my pay given?
How you are paid (salary, session share, incentives and tips) and the exact payout dates are written in your offer before you accept. We make no deductions that are not agreed in writing, and 100% of guest tips are yours.
Can I apply as a fresher with no experience?
Yes. Our Trainee Wellness Assistant programme gives you free in-house training and a stipend while you learn. A placement follows a successful assessment; it is not automatic. We never charge for training.
How is my safety protected at work?
Every booking is screened by our concierge, you can decline any booking, hotel visits use company-arranged transport with check-in and check-out, CCTV covers reception and common areas (never treatment rooms), each treatment room has a call button, and HR is reachable in confidence on +91 83770 94710. Is accommodation available if I am from another city?
We help therapists relocating from out of town with accommodation support. The terms are written down before you decide, it is always optional, and you are welcome to arrange your own. You can visit our sanctuary first, and bring someone with you.
What are the working hours? Can I choose my shifts?
Our sanctuary is open daily from 10 AM to 7 PM, and our concierge takes hotel bookings around the clock, so we offer day and night shifts, full-time and part-time. Your shift pattern is agreed in writing, and you can decline individual bookings.
I am a foreign national. Can I apply?
Yes, if you already hold a valid Indian visa that permits employment (such as an employment visa) and a valid passport. We cannot hire anyone on a tourist or e-tourist visa, we do not arrange or sell visas, and we never keep your passport: we check it and hand it straight back.
